Job Description: Pay Range: $60hr - $74.07hr Review business needs and processes, and elicit, document, and validate business requirements for workplace-collaboration and productivity applications. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, and create user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria. Conduct feasibility studies, gap review, and impact assessment of proposed solutions, and recommend the best fit for the business and IT. Partner with IT project managers, developers, testers, and vendors to deliver solutions that meet business goals, quality standards, and timelines. Provide end-to-end help for the implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance of workplace-collaboration and productivity applications. Facilitate user training, communication, and change management activities to ensure smooth adoption and usage of workplace-collaboration and productivity applications. Monitor and measure the performance, usage, and benefits of workplace-collaboration and productivity applications, and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement. Stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in the workplace-collaboration and productivity domain and disseminate knowledge and insights with the IT team and the business. Required Skills and Experience: 10+ years of experience as a business analyst, IT analyst, or similar role in the workplace-collaboration and productivity domain. Proven knowledge and experience with workplace-collaboration and productivity applications like Zoom, Box, Microsoft O365, Slack, Unily, Lucid. Excellent communication, presentation, and relational skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Excellent deductive, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, and the ability to translate business needs into IT solutions. Proficient in business data tools and techniques, such as requirements elicitation, documentation, validation, traceability, and management. Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban. Experience working in GxP environment. Required Education and Training: Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Preferred Skills and Experience: Knowledge of data analysis, modeling, and visualization tools, such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. Familiarity with project management tools and best practices, such as Jira, Confluence, or MS Project. Certification in business data, workplace-collaboration, or productivity applications is a plus. Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and domains quickly and autonomously.
