Qualified candidates should possess 3-5 years of experience in government representation, complex commercial cases, insurance defense, and/or other general civil litigation. We are looking for someone with experience litigating cases from start to finish, including experience drafting pleadings, written discovery, taking/defending depositions, and drafting motions, and conducting oral arguments. We would love someone who has actual trial experience, either as first or second chair, although this is not required. Property tax appeal experience is preferred but not required.
