The Entry Level Events Assistant at Craftexcom supports the planning and execution of company events, including product launches, conferences, and corporate meetings. This role involves coordinating logistics, managing vendors, and ensuring smooth event operations.
Pay range:$21.50 - $31.50 hourly

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning and coordination of various eventsHelp manage event logistics, including vendor communication and schedulingSupport the setup and breakdown of events on-siteProvide administrative support, including tracking budgets and expensesAttend and participate in team meetings to discuss event plansDevelop and maintain event timelines to ensure all tasks are completed on scheduleResearch and compile information on venues, suppliers, and potential event activitiesSkills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in hospitality, communications, or a related field preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and precisionFlexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for eventsBenefits
