The Entry Level Event Coordinator will work closely with the events team to plan, manage, and execute events that align with company and client goals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for event planning and a desire to grow their skills in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning and execution of events, including corporate meetings, product launches, conferences, and webinars.Coordinate event logistics such as venue selection, vendor management, catering, and audio-visual setup.Handle event registration and attendee management, ensuring smooth check-in processes and addressing attendee inquiries.Assist with creating event materials, including invitations, programs, promotional content, and signage.Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.Monitor event activities to ensure everything runs smoothly and resolve any issues that arise.Support post-event evaluations by gathering feedback and providing reports on event success and areas for improvement.Assist in managing event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to financial guidelines.Maintain a calendar of events and ensure all deadlines and deliverables are met.Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and creating reports.Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not required.Strong interest in event planning and a passion for creating memorable experiences.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with vendors, clients, and team members.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules.Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience in event planning is a plus but not required.Benefits
