We are on the hunt for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and highly organized Consulting Office Administrative Assistant to join our fast-paced finance team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth running of the day-to-day tasks. Responsibilities:

As a Consulting Office Administrative Assistant, your duties will include but not be limited to:

  1. Providing comprehensive administrative support to our consulting team in a variety of capacities including scheduling, correspondence, and project management.
  2. Coordinating and organizing meetings, maintaining complex calendars, and ensuring that all necessary materials are prepared and ready in advance.
  3. Managing and maintaining an efficient filing system, both digital and physical, for easy accessibility and retrieval of documents.
  4. Utilizing Microsoft Excel to create and update spreadsheets, perform data analysis, and generate reports as required.
  5. Assisting with the preparation of financial documents and presentations.
  6. Liaising with clients and stakeholders, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and professionalism.
  7. Handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining high levels of confidentiality at all times.
  8. Assisting with other administrative tasks as required to support the team and office operations.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Consulting Office Administrative Assistant position must have:

  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the finance industry.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create, manage, and analyze data in spreadsheets.
  3. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure.
  7. A high level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
  8. A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
