Job Description: As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for the team. Primary Payroll Specialist Responsibilities:

• Review, verify, and process payroll data for paycheck preparation.
• Prepare payroll-related journal entries, including medical and vacation entries.
• Monitor payroll procedures and practices to ensure adherence to all applicable laws and established guidelines.
• Review and reconcile gratuity, service charge, incentives, and commissions.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Assist in Labor Standards implementation and monitoring.
