Responsibilities
- Review and update financial records
- Reconcile and prepare journal entries
- Audit financial statements for accuracy and legal compliance
- Assist in preparing documentation for external auditors
- Prepare and analyze account reconciliations
- Prepare receivables and payables
- Correspond with other corporate and divisional staff to ensure proper accounting for purchases and expenses
Preferred Qualifications
- Equivalent experience or Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management
- Understanding of GAAP
- Familiar with general ledgers and chart of accounts
Salary and Benefits
- Salary range is $60,000 to $70,000
- In Office opportunity located in Kent
