Job Description :
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support data analysis and reporting for Network Services. This role involves extracting and processing data, preparing detailed reports, and providing insights into service performance. The ideal candidate will have strong data mining and analysis skills, experience with datasets, and the ability to facilitate discussions on data insights.
Responsibilities :•Extract and analyze datasets from the Service Desk Support Team using appropriate algorithms and tools.•Prepare and present reports, metrics, and statistics based on data analysis.•Facilitate meetings to discuss data analysis, project workloads, and service performance.•Provide clear and concise presentations of findings and insights.•Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate data reporting and effective communication.
Required Skills:•Bachelor's degree required.•Strong organizational and prioritization skills.•Understanding of the CRISP-DM process model, with the ability to follow the data mining project steps (business understanding, data understanding, data preparation, modeling, evaluation, and deployment).•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.•Experience working in enterprise environments with multiple agencies, vendors, or departments.•1-3 years of experience with PBI, R, IBM SPSS, and/or Tableau.•3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Project and Excel.•2-3 years of experience with DevOps (preferred).•3-5 years of experience with Remedy/Helix.•3-5 years of experience in a large enterprise setting.•3-5 years of experience working with multiple network platforms (preferred).•3-5 years of experience working with multiple network lines of service.•5+ years of customer-facing experience.•
