Founded in 1986, PCG employs approximately 2,000 professionals throughout the U.S.—all committed to delivering solutions that change lives for the better.Duties and ResponsibilitiesCollaborate and coordinate with COE staff and local team(s) to meet our clients’ needs, including engaging with local teams to discuss growth strategy and how to make progress together.Jointly review new opportunities, potential market shifts, and areas of risk.Liaise with Program Integrity regarding policy and compliance questions.Work with Client Operations to efficiently and effectively implement, support, and optimize clients.Collaborate with Product to identify system improvements and opportunities for automation.Take initiative to understand and evaluate current initiatives and processes, identifying gaps or areas for further improvement.Serve as a main point of contact (including escalation) both internally and with clients.Partner on business development initiatives, including demonstrations and proposals.Manage a multi-state or multi-program portfolio and own relationships with state agencies, partners, and strategic clients.Understand and monitor Federal, state, and local Medicaid School-Based program policies.Implement best practice models for client communication and management.Seek continuous improvement throughout the client journey.Create partnerships where clients are retained and highly satisfied.Uphold strong project and change management practices.Oversee communication with clients on contract and project deliverables.Solicit feedback and champion initiatives that address the evolving needs of clients.LeadershipJointly establish Client Success goals with Client Success Director and monitor progress.Contribute to evolving the Client Success functional area and team.Lead by example, fostering a professional and respectful team dynamic.Hire, coach, motivate, and retain staff, building a diverse team skillset.Supervise Client Success team members to meet client and business goals.Participate in special initiatives and projects.Required SkillsCollaboration and relationship building.Leadership with decisiveness and transparency.Team building and staff development.Effective communication skills.Ability to address challenges and provide solutions.Comfort with ambiguity and defining roles and processes.Data interpretation for optimization opportunities.Professional maturity prioritizing client and firm interests.Qualifications8+ years of relevant work experience, including client management.Knowledge of or experience in Medicaid is preferred.Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams.Supervisory ResponsibilityClient Success PartnersWorking ConditionsRemote with required travel for internal and external purposes.CompensationAs required by applicable law, PCG provides a compensation range of $70,000-$95,000 for this role, along with a range of benefits.EEO StatementPublic Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer dedicated to diversity and inclusion.
