We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to join the Docusign CLM Engineering team and help scale and build the next generation of CLM experiences. As a technology leader, you will help build a top-tier software organization that is responsible for the development and upkeep of highly scalable, reliable, and available (“5 nines”) systems.This position is a people manager role reporting to the Senior Director, Engineering.Responsibilities:Transition Docusign CLM Platform from private data centers to public cloudTransition Docusign CLM Platform from monolith to microservicesEnhance Docusign CLM Platform to support growth and maintain SLA targetsBuild a high performing and responsible engineering teamFind and develop great talentHave a passion for continuous improvementBuild learning organizations that keep up with the state of the artBe an example and mentor to your teamDeliver products that delight customers while managing the health of the code base through continuous refactoring and management of technical debtChampion agile continuous delivery, DevOps, and TDD/BDDDive deep into technology, evaluate, prototype, and introduce new tools and strategiesProvide coaching and leadership in software best practices and automated test strategiesBuild high performing, secure applications and integrate security into productsPrioritize great user experiences and collaborate with product management and engineeringJob Designation

Basic Qualifications:12+ years of combined software development and management experience8+ years of hands-on software development experience5+ years of managing software engineering teamsPreferred Qualifications:Experience leading cloud migration projectsExperience leading microservice transformation projectsDemonstrated track record leading geographically dispersed teamsProficiency in at least 3 programming languages or paradigmsExperience with REST API abstraction layers in complex enterprise environmentsExperience with large complex data ecosystems and data quality issuesKnowledge of high scale, highly available systemsExperience with Microsoft technology stack (.NET, C#, SQL Server)SaaS or Cloud experienceWage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on geographic location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges:Illinois and Colorado: $164,800.00 - $232,750.00 base salaryWashington and New York (including NYC metro area): $164,800.00 - $242,225.00 base salaryLife at Docusign
