What you'll do

We are looking for a hands-on Sr. Manager of Engineering to lead our Contract Management Lifecycle Workflow Service. You will help us build and deliver a scalable service to help us deliver the next generation of orchestration experience while supporting our current services.As a technology leader, you will help build a top-tier software organization that is responsible for building a highly configurable workflow cloud based solution that meets the needs of our wide range of customers and their business processes. You are results-driven, believe in winning together, and always looking for continuous improvement. Our team focuses on distributed decision making that rewards ownership, transparency, and collaboration.This position is a people manager role reporting to the Director, Engineering.

ResponsibilityBe the engineering leader responsible for executing on our product roadmap using agile practices and will champion the culture, processes, and tools required to maintain a frictionless high quality development environmentHave passion for continuous improvementBe responsible for delivering products that delight customers while managing the health of the code base through continuous refactoring and management of technical debtProvide coaching and leadership in software best practices, automated test strategies, and work toward flattening the cost of change curve for our software products and servicesHave a demonstrated track record of building high performing, secure applications and building security into the DNA of productsLead a team of engineers at various stages of their career, actively investing in their growth and developmentCultivate an open, collaborative, and fun work environment for yourself and your teamWork closely with product, design, security, customer success and other teams to provide technical expertise throughout all phases of product developmentObsess over great user experience and will be a partner to product management and engineering, sales, operation, and other parts of the business

Job Designation

Hybrid:

Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. What you bring

Basic12+ years of combined software development and management experience across at least 3 languages or paradigms, and frameworks or equivalent experience8+ years of hands on coding experience in software development or equivalent experience4+ years of managing software organizations over 10 people or equivalent experienceExperience designing and delivering with highly scalable, high-volume distributed systems and services with top-tier resiliency, availability (five nines), and performanceExperience with large complex data ecosystems and data quality and lifecycle issuesExperience with Saas and CloudPreferredExperience building an integrations platform or infrastructure to seamlessly integrate third party applicationsExperience building microservice, deploying services using K8S, or Public Cloud Deployment experience in Azure, AWS or equivalentDemonstrated track record leading geographically dispersed teamsExperience with full stack SaaS development

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:California: $171,500.00 - $277,025.00 base salaryIllinois and Colorado: $164,800.00 - $232,750.00 base salaryWashington and New York (including NYC metro area): $164,800.00 - $242,225.00 base salaryWashington DC: $171,500.00 - $242,225.00 base salaryThis role is also eligible for bonus, equity and
