OverviewThe
Supply Chain Supervisor
is a strategic plan-driven manager responsible for performance analysis, solutions implementation, and oversight of dedicated categories within the Supply Chain Department. This individual will work directly with external suppliers, internal project teams, and affiliated entities to provide a variety of solutions for operations requirements. This role will include the management, development, and oversight of multiple direct reports.
ResponsibilitiesTypical responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Lead Supplier Relationship Management for key suppliers within applicable categories
Manage a core team of individuals
Coordinate complex solutions for custom project requirements
Articulate and execute multiple internal procurement processes
Oversee consistent evaluation and sourcing of suppliers and products
Participate in departmental strategic planning and process improvement
Provide ad-hoc reporting, analysis and complete special projects as assigned

QualificationsEXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics or related field
4-6 years of Supply Chain related experience
CPSM certification preferred
Or equivalent combination of education and experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
Ability to extract, scrub and format raw data exports
Ability to perform high level analysis and create action plans based on results
Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Ability to delegate tasks
Experience managing direct reports
Ability to work autonomously
Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For Providence, RI this ranges from $104,500.00 - $143,700.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
