This Expense Report Specialist position within our Shared Success Center will be at the center of the action from initial planning to launch and ongoing operations, providing an amazing opportunity for your talents to make an impact! This is an excellent opportunity for an early in career individual who is looking to expand their skills and grow with a company.What you will be doing
The role of Expense Report Specialist is to support the HomeServices of America travel and expense policies through review of expense reports to ensure they are following the company’s travel and expense policies. This could mean:Review of all expense reports through Concur (expense management system).Ensure that the proper controls are set up in Concur to identify non-compliant items.Produce expenditure reports, trend analyses and operational risk performance reports.Assist in the resolution of issues with non-compliant expense submissions.To be successful, you will have
1-3 years’ experience in accounting, accounts payable or expense reporting.Previous Concur experience preferred.Strong calculator and computer skills.Strong attention to detail.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Team oriented.What’s in it for you?
