From large custom industrial applications to small business water softening, we have the customer’s water needs covered. We also have a strong wholesale department that provides residential, commercial and industrial components to support water treatment manufacturers and dealers. They are also proud to provide local salt delivery to the Twin Cities metro area. They have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and are a member of the Water Quality Association.SUMMARYWe are growing and looking for a talented sales professional to join our team. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for cultivating new customer relationships as well as maintaining close relationships with our current customers. A key component will be the ability to prospect for new business through cold calling, market research, website tools and targeted strategies. You will identify potential clients and convert them into sales opportunities while always providing exceptional customer service to all of our customers.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Increase our sales volume within existing offices and facilities through account penetration and securing new business.Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through consistent in-person visits.Responsible for up-selling programs, services, and value-added products into the current customer base.Represent the company by consistently demonstrating the understanding and modeling of the company’s mission and values.Stay informed about competitors' products, services, and strategies, and report relevant information to the management team.Build and maintain a consistently strong pipeline.Adhere to policies around inputting of client and activity data in our CRM in a timely and accurate manner.Create and implement effective sales strategies in order to achieve/exceed assigned quarterly and annual sales targets.Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of the solutions to address client inquiries.Work closely with our service technicians and internal team to accomplish company goals.Create and sustain close relationships within the industry based on trust, reliability, networking, and consistency.Ability to overcome technical, sales and business objections of prospective customers.Prepare onsite/online presentations and proposals for clients.Drives ongoing prospecting, business development and client contract negotiations.Analyzes industry market trends and client needs.Maintains highly confidential or sensitive information.Travels on an as needed basis (10-20%).QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
