What You’ll Do
Otto has an amazing mission to help veterinarian teams and pet owners provide the very best care. As the Director of Demand Generation, you will be responsible for helping to tell that story in a way that creates interest and measurable demand from veterinarian teams and their customers.
We are looking for a creative, yet results-oriented and data-driven leader with a proven track record of growing B2B businesses. You will be responsible for strategizing, testing, executing, and measuring effective campaigns that help Otto grow to realize its mission. You will lead and manage strategy and execution across a variety of tactics and channels, including but not limited to email, events, paid content and sponsorships, social media, and paid digital channels. The ideal candidate will know how to be a close collaborator with Sales, ensuring that opportunity generation is consistent, high quality and setting the business up to hit growth goals.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Develop campaigns to drive sales pipeline and top-line revenue performance
Plan, run and measure campaign performance across multiple marketing channels
Understand customer personas and target campaigns to create measurable demand
Manage content development to utilize dynamic targeting of customers throughout the customer lifecycle
Maintain key website and channel analytics and continue to optimize performance
Collaborate with sales, product and customer success teams to create continuous improvement around messaging
Deploy A/B testing strategies across all channels
Continue to experiment with new content and tactics to support business growth
Deliver forecasts, performance reports and forward-looking plans to leadership
Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables
Ensure that messaging and collateral fit brand standards

Qualifications include:
4-5+ years’ experience in marketing and demand generation in a B2B SaaS environment.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
A proven track record of creating growth through thoughtful campaigns
Ability to set strategy and effectively execute
Ability to use data and analysis to drive decision making
Hubspot experience
Salesforce experience preferred
Competent collaborator and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Bachelor's Degree preferred
