who will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of HRIS software (Dayforce), connected systems, and related processes. They will be responsible for incremental configuration requests and compliance for the Dayforce system. They are also responsible for managing and aggregating and helping analyze HR and payroll data to support reporting requirements. This includes collection, validation, and transformation of data from various sources as well as preparation of reports and supporting presentations.Technical Support

Assist HR staff and end-users with system-related inquiries, issues and requests.Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.Develop and maintain HR forms, workflows and notifications in ServiceNow.Triage and assign ServiceNow tickets to the appropriate IT, HR or Payroll team members.Develop and maintain Service Now Dashboards and/or LOS reporting.Complete HRIS access and configuration requests.Data Management

Support data migration projects to ensure complete, accurate and secure data transfers.Monitor background job failures in Dayforce and mitigate issues in partnership with admins at local operating companies.Configure and maintain data tables due to acquisitions and other changes.Collect and consolidate HR data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.Validate and clean HR data to eliminate errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies.Work with IT, Payroll and HRIS to synchronize data between HR system and other databases.Create, generate and aggregate and analyze reports from various systems.System and Process Enhancements

Identify opportunities to enhance HR data processes and data quality.Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify opportunities for system enhancement.Participate in testing of process and system changes.Support the training, documentation, and implementation of system and process changes.Monitor product releases and notify stakeholders of relevant changes.Compliance

Document and execute processes and reports for HRIS’ SOX controls.Assist in audits related to HR data and compliance.Follow internal security protocols and ensure the protection of sensitive HR data.Training and Documentation

Develop training materials, including user guides, videos, and system procedures.Document system procedures, SOX controls, data mapping and other materials to support administrators, end-users and HR staff.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of related work experience requiredBachelor's degree preferred (Human Resources, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business, a related field or equivalent experience) requiredMust have administration experience, technical aptitude and proficiency in HRIS software (e.g. Workday, Dayforce, ServiceNow)Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Power Apps) requiredStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to create data presentations for an executive audienceExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAttention to detail and commitment to data accuracyKnowledge of HR processes and regulations preferredCompetencies and Skills:Shows AgilityShows AccountabilityFocuses on CustomerShows InitiativePlans/OrganizesSolves ProblemsBenefits and Compensation:This role will be eligible for on-site or hybrid work flexibility based out of our New Brighton office. The base salary range for this role is $59,000 - $88,000 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for annual bonus and profit sharing based on company performance in addition to other benefits that support the total well-being of you and your family.
