who will lead the overall physical operations, services, maintenance, and repair of the buildings, grounds, furniture, and equipment at our HQ Campus.Responsibilities:

Lead the HQ campus facility management programs including preventative maintenance and life-cycle asset replacement.Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes.Partner with the Safety Compliance Manager to provide a safe and secure work environment for employees and visitors via precautionary measures, development of operating procedures, and ongoing preventative maintenance.Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards for cleanliness, maintenance, and repair.Ensure all building systems are operating properly.Develop strategies to accommodate organizational growth and change.Allocate and manage office workspace.Manage vendor and service provider relationships for hard and soft services.Conduct vendor searches and RFPs as needed to maintain high quality service and cost efficiencies.Assist in the development and management of capital and annual operating budgets.Identify and implement opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and cost savings.Review and approve facilities related invoices.Team:

Hire, train, lead, and develop Office & Facilities Coordinators.Conduct periodic performance evaluations.Project Management:

Oversee campus renovations and new initiatives, managing vendor partners to deliver on scope, schedule, and budget objectives.Manage service provider relationships at owned locations occupied by operating companies or non-related parties.Review and approve facilities services and related invoices for remote owned properties.Assist with tenant lease renewals at owned locations.Qualifications:

3-5 years’ experience in facilities management, preferably in a corporate setting.Bachelor’s degree in facility management, business, engineering, or related field.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and planning skills.Able to handle confidential information as required.Ability to lift and move office supplies and equipment weighing up to fifty pounds.Competencies and Skills:

This role will be fully in-office based out of our New Brighton headquarters. The pay range is $84,000 - $126,000, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for annual bonus and profit sharing based on company performance in addition to other benefits that support the total well-being of you and your family.
