who will develop and implement strategies and programs that drive the performance of the business. This role is a key member of the Total Rewards and People Services team and will partner with the compensation team, finance, and legal on broad-based and executive compensation processes including equity administration, annual incentives, annual grant, annual merit, and executive benchmarking. This role will also manage our compensation resources, content, and communication plans and support with analysis and data administration related items.To include, but not limited to the following:Equity Compensation Process Lead (50% of time)Manage the annual, off-cycle and non-employee director long-term incentive grant processes.Process lead for our annual executive global total compensation review.Ongoing management of equity administration.Partner with legal on equity SEC reporting, grant agreements and other equity plan governance and regulatory matters.Support the annual proxy and CD&A process, including managing the compensation related tables.Create resources, content, and communications for executive compensation.Partner with finance and legal.Broad-Based Compensation Process Lead (50% of time)Partner with Director, Compensation and finance on annual incentive design, quarterly tracking, and accrual processes; support any modeling or analysis required.Manage the communication process for all annual incentive plans and create tools to support driving engagement with the plan.Process lead for our annual merit process.Process lead for our annual incentive process.Create resources, content and communications for annual incentive and merit processes.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree5-7 years compensation, finance, or HR experience.Highly detail oriented and ability to execute with high levels of accuracyAbility to handle high-pressure situations with professional composureStrong data analysis, including strong proficiency in Excel (macros, vlookups)Strong process management skills with process improvement experienceExcellent customer service with internal stakeholdersCompetencies and Skills:Shows AccountabilityThinks AnalyticallyCreates and InnovatesShows Curiosity / InquiresFocuses on GoalsBenefits and Compensation:This role will be eligible for hybrid work flexibility based out of our New Brighton office. The pay range is $84,000 - $126,000, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for annual bonus and profit sharing based on company performance in addition to other benefits that support the total well-being of you and your family.
