Position: Sales Administrator - Japanese Bilingual (Conversational)Location: Marina Del Ray, CA (Onsite)Job Level: Entry - JuniorFLSA Status: Non-ExemptWork Hours: Mon - Fri 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (1 hour unpaid lunch time)* Work hours can be adjusted upon request. Overtime work may be required occasionally with the alternative day off.

Overview:The Sales Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Sales Department. This role involves managing sales data, tracking shipments, generating invoices, and assisting the Management with various clerical tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:Processes sales orders and tracks shipments.Maintains product inventory levels.Generates and manages invoices and payments.Provides regular aging reports to Management.Facilitates communication between customers and the Sales Department.Keeps Management informed of customer activities and trends.Handles incoming calls and directs them appropriately.Manages incoming and outgoing mail.Maintains office supplies inventory.Provides administrative support to Management, including accounting reports, employee benefits, and other tasks.Organizes and maintains various documents.Performs other administrative tasks and provides support for various projects as needed.

Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required.0+ year of relevant experience. Strong interest in health food products and potentially grow with the company to become the company management role. (3+ months of administrative experience preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Japanese Bilingual skills (conversational)
