About the team:We are looking for a Business Development Representative to take on a vital role in our Marketing team. You will be instrumental in helping grow our sales pipeline by opening doors to new sales opportunities within large-scale global organizations that have more than 15,000 employees.About The Role

Identify, develop, and create new business opportunities for the Field Sales Executives.Conduct research on target accounts to determine leadership structure, technographic information, news and trigger events, industry background, and competitive landscape.Create detailed heat maps to identify key stakeholders/decision makers inside an organization, their level of influence, buyer types and connections to UKG executives, team members, board members and partners.Plan, coordinate, and attend internal strategic account planning meetings with sales, marketing, and go-to-market teams to develop account-specific strategies for gaining access to top-level executives, decision makers and influencers.Create customized, highly personalized account and persona-based messaging sequences that suit specific needs and pain points of target accounts.Utilize a multi-channel approach, including email, social media, events, and direct outreach to establish relationships and secure meetings with top-level executives, decision-makers and influencers.Engage in information and idea sharing on social media platforms with top-level executives, decision makers and influencers at target accounts.Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:10+ years’ professional experience with a minimum of 3 years as a BDR with strong outbound experience.Strong organizational and time management skills.Track record of success in generating new business and achieving targets.Proficient in business development techniques, including using various channels such as cold calling, email marketing, social media, and networking to identify and engage potential clients.Experience using strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability convey complex information to varying audiences.Understanding of UKG’s products/services to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.Preferred Qualifications:Understanding the industries (Healthcare, Retail/Hospitality or Manufacturing) UKG sells into and can have an intelligent business conversation with a prospect/customer that they find valuable.Familiar or certified in a common sales methodology (e.g. Sandler, Holden, AAISP etc.)Previous sales and/or marketing background.The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $XX to $XX (or $XX), however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
