Role Overview:

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at GreyOrange, your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential clients across multiple markets, including the consumer and industrial sectors. You will play a crucial role in educating prospects about our innovative warehouse automation solutions, specifically our GreyMatter platform, and how it addresses the evolving needs of modern supply chain and fulfillment operations.

Key Responsibilities:Lead Qualification:

Qualify leads to ensure they meet predefined criteria and are a good fit for GreyOrange solutions. Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM and outreach systems.Prospect Engagement:

Initiate and sustain communication with potential clients through both inbound and outbound approaches. Utilize a diverse array of communication channels, such as cold calling, email outreach, social media platforms, and participation in networking events. Proactively book meetings with prospects to facilitate further discussions and explore potential collaboration opportunities.Collaborating with Account Executives:

Work closely with account executives to develop a successful synergy, ensuring a cohesive approach to client engagement.Solution Presentation:

Educate prospects about GreyOrange's advanced warehouse automation solutions, emphasizing how our solution addresses their pain points and offers unique advantages over existing systems.Relationship Building:

Develop strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target organizations. Understand their business goals and tailor your communication to align with their objectives.Sales Pipeline Management:

Assist in managing and nurturing the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and engagement with prospects at each stage of the sales cycle.Market Insights:

Continuously gather market intelligence and feedback to help refine GreyOrange's outreach strategy, ensuring alignment with market demands.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar role.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Understanding of warehouse automation, supply chain, or logistics concepts is a plus.Self-motivated and goal-oriented.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
