Independently manages processes that include RFPs, tenders, reporting and analysis.Aligns multifunctional resources to successfully address and resolve Supply Chain issues.Embraces, adapts, and leads Henkel's digital projects and tools.Drives and manages multiple projects simultaneously across multiple categories.Executes Henkel Purchasing tools and processes that include SAP, Ariba, CCDB (cost chase database), PURIS and SRM.Regional lead for global strategic initiatives.Works collaboratively with Category Managers and Category Leads.Possesses ability to lead a cross-functional team and deliver on agreed-to results.
