SAP FICO Consultant

Job Description:5+ years of professional SAP consulting experience.Working experience in New GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, Product Costing and COPA.Experience in supporting Accounting: Month-End-Closing and Year-End-Closing.Strong understanding of integration with other modules controlling, Cash Management and/or Project System.Deliver of New Business Request/ Change Request with good quality, the defined timeline and the defined budget.Experience of IDOC, Interfaces, LSMW, BAPI.Knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank transactions, Direct & Indirect Taxes, Fixed Assets.Knowledge of CO- Cost center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting and Internal order accounting.Knowledge on S-FIN.Experience in at least one end-to-end implementation in SAP S/4HANA environment.Workflow knowledge & ability to analyze clients’ business needs & propose matching solutions.Good verbal and written communication skills.Possess consultancy, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Minimum 5 years of experience in integration skills of FICO with MM, SD.Candidate should have an idea about process integration and flow in order to cash, purchase to pay, and availability to produce cycles.Should be well versed in demonstrated configuration skills in key areas like AR, AP, General Ledger, Asset, Accounting, Product Costing and COPA.Should have experience in at least 2 end-to-end implementations.SAP implementation project experience and well aware of SLDC.Excellent communication skills and ability to manage expectations, project scope and assess client needs to suggest the best possible solutions.Basic ABAP debugging for all functional roles preferred.S/4 HANA SAP certification in Finance will be preferred.Responsibilities:Understand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and configure the system accordingly.Create presentation/workshop decks for Blueprint that need to be conveyed and be able to present them to the client.Configure SAP FI-CO (Finance and Controlling) and deliver work products/packages conforming to the Client's Standards & Requirements.Develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business profitability.Integration of the FI-CO module with other SAP modules and with external applications.Good knowledge of software configuration management system.Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available.Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest technology solutions.
