Sr. Human Resource Business Partner

who can lead the engagement of our employees at every step of their journey.Aegis Living has 38 Communities across WA, CA, and NV. We offer luxury Assisted Living and Memory Care in communities that are designed to celebrate life and provide loving care for our residents.The Sr. Human Resource Business Partner will be a hands-on people leader who will lead and administer innovative and competitive Human Resource practices to our 3000 employees across all 38 Aegis Living communities.Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Sr. Human Resource Business Partner will partner and collaborate with business leaders to build strategies and set priorities. They will develop and execute HR strategies across organizational effectiveness and design, talent management, manager effectiveness, culture, and engagement. They serve as a strategic partner to leaders on human resource related issues and serve as an employee champion throughout the employee lifecycle. They will demonstrate the capacity to interpret data-driven recommendations that improve performance, retention, and overall employee experience. The Sr. HRBP supports human resource projects and teams to meet the needs of managers and staff and in support of the company's strategic objectives.Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring employee engagement through all phases of the employee life cycle. Leads and participates in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, retention, culture, and employee development.Provide strategic direction, consulting and coaching to executive business leaders with solutions that improve business outcomes including organizational design, workforce planning, organization health and effectiveness.Understands business & financial drivers and can identify innovative and future-focused HR solutions.Partners in the development of policy and procedure. Provides input and feedback in policy and procedure updates and implementation. Interprets policy and procedures and provides guidance in a consistent manner to leadership and employees.Manages elevated employee relation matters including harassment, discrimination, violations of compliance regulations and employment policies. Partner with leaders to initiate and conduct performance management across all 38 communities.Leads and supports the performance management process. Leads the annual review process, and ongoing performance management programs.Assumes other duties, responsibilities and special projects as needed.Qualifications:

7+ years of related Human Resources experience in a HR leadership role with broad knowledge in human resource disciplines including performance management, compensation, benefits, HR systems, and employee relations.4+ years leading, coaching, and mentoring teams.3+ years Employee Relations experience.Technology proficiency. Adept with Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations, with the ability to effectively communicate this information to management.Ability and desire to work in a collaborative team environment.Highly motivated, self-starter with broad scope of HR skills.Hands-on leader and partner.Must be able to accomplish goals and initiatives through influence.Strategic thinker and problem-solver.Strong organizational and project management skills.Min Salary: USD $130,000.00/Yr. Max Salary: USD $150,000.00/Yr.
