Under supervision, the Home Team Field Coordinator is responsible for the program coordination in the West Baltimore County region. This includes the facilitation and maintenance of all volunteers and client placements.Essential Job Duties
Recruit, screen and orient volunteers to the Home Team program.Complete all client assessments and update client journal notes in client database.Monitor client placements and make referrals to other agencies as needed.Represent the Home Team program at community and professional meetings.Assist with ongoing volunteer training and volunteer recognition.Participate in programmatic meetings for the Home Team Program.Examples of Other Duties
Working with supervisor to develop and support ongoing Volunteer Appreciation events/activities. Ongoing assistance with the Home Team Program Operations. Performs other duties as assigned.NOTE:

Possession of an Associate's degree in human services related field;PlusAt least 2 years of experience demonstrating volunteer program coordination.ORIntermediate knowledge in the recruitment and retention of volunteers.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
