JAM Restaurant Group is a growing Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen franchise in Iowa with 8 locations across Iowa and are growing every year. We are seeking self-motivated, energetic, positive restaurant leaders to join our team as Assistant General Managers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for running a profitable restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager and making sure your location meets Popeyes high level of standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

Work with the Restaurant General Manager to develop weekly, monthly quarterly plans to achieve store goals.

Provide mentoring and direction for your team to help set/grow a positive, fun, and energetic store culture.

Hiring, training, and developing team members to make sure that the restaurant has the right team in place to achieve their current and future goals.

Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with guests and coworkers.

Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Applicant must have 6 months of leadership experience in a Quick Serve Restaurant environment.

Candidates must have effective oral and written communication skills and can effectively communicate at all levels of the business.

Must have the ability to display effective leadership skills.

Ability to use a computer and basic software a must.

Candidates need to possess the ability to stand for long periods of time, kneel, and lift up to 50lbs.

Open to working a 45+ hour work schedule (8 to 10 hour days) and available on evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Must be ServSafe certified or capable of attaining certification.

Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
