A few of the key responsibilities for a Cargo Agent are;Forklift drivingLoading and unloading of cargo in a safe and efficient mannerSafely operate forklifts as requiredAnticipate and resolve problemsLiaising with internal/external clients, management and other relevant parties, as requiredFollow direction during shift to achieve required timely aircraft scheduled departuresAccurate data entry and processing of import/export information utilising the dnata operating systemsCorrect processing of all cargo handling documentationPerform cargo handling duties using automated cargo handling system packing/unpacking ULD's and loose cargo, as directedBelow are some of the key attributes that we as dnata are passionate about and see as important:Safety first mindsetAbility to work independentlyStrong team playerPassionate about developing skillsProven reliablyFlexible “can do attitude”Customer focusedRespectful to othersOn the job trainingYour time is now!
