Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst with a background in e-commerce. The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel and BI skills, with experience in Sellercloud being highly preferred. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data, developing comprehensive reports, and delivering actionable insights that drive key business decisions.Responsibilities:Analyze financial performance across various e-commerce channels, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.Write, debug, and optimize SQL queries for extraction from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.Develop and maintain complex models to support forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning.Document business processes and technical requirements.Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management, translating data into practical strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounting, operations, purchasing, and marketing, to gather data and support strategic initiatives.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Take ownership of enterprise software maintenance and data integrity.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent.3+ years of experience in data analysis.Understanding of accounting, inventory, and e-commerce industry.Advanced proficiency in Excel.Strong proficiency in MS SQL, with the ability to write and optimize complex queries.Ability to learn new software and skills quickly.Experience with PowerBI or other business intelligence tools.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.Experience with Sellercloud or similar e-commerce platforms is highly preferred.Familiarity with accounting and ERP systems is a big plus.
