As a Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in facilitating the development of all projects, ensuring they progress consistently and collaboratively to meet deadlines, budgets, and exceed expectations. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to drive project success, collaborate across diverse teams, and deliver exceptional service to clients and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Capable of proficiently leading both internal and external meetings with confidence and authority, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among participants.Demonstrates adept facilitation skills to guide discussions, promote active engagement, and achieve desired outcomes.Intake and analyze crucial project details from contracts and leverage experience to identify key elements essential for success.Proficient in adjusting project timelines strategically, effectively shifting deadlines when necessary to facilitate timely delivery.Demonstrates the skill to assess project progress and resource availability, making informed decisions to optimize schedules and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality or efficiency.Consistently maintain thorough and succinct documentation of project updates and notes, fostering transparency and clarity within the team.Engage proactively in developing and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), offering valuable insights and suggestions for enhancing team processes.Ensure accurate allocation of project revenue based on delivery schedules and maintain ongoing monitoring.Uphold a high level of professionalism in all communication with internal and external project stakeholders by promptly responding to inquiries and requests with attentiveness and courtesy.Deliver frequent and punctual communications to clients, providing comprehensive updates on project status, advancements, and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting.Proficient in managing recruitment for multiple programs simultaneously, coordinating the competing schedules of faculty and ensuring that their individualized needs and preferences are accommodated.Ability to effectively coordinate logistical operations to ensure seamless resource flow, timely execution, and exceptional attendee experience.Qualifications:Experience:3-5+ years of project management or similar experience preferred.Experience with Workfront or similar project management software preferred.Knowledge or experience in pharmaceutical compliance is a plus.Special Skills:Clear oral and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills.Strategic and critical thinking ability.Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDF, familiarity with Zoom/Microsoft Teams.Physical requirements and work environment:Travel up to 10% for event and video program management.Hybrid work environment.MJH Life Sciences provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
