The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee the seamless development of all projects, ensuring they are executed in a collaborative manner, meet deadlines, stay within budget, and surpass expectations.Key Responsibilities:Organize and lead project kick-off meetings with relevant stakeholders, utilizing insights from project briefs and sales contracts, delegating tasks, defining deliverables, and setting clear expectations.Develop and ensure adherence to project timelines involving multiple team members and departments throughout the project's lifecycle.Continuously assess and update timelines to ensure timely delivery.Proactively identify potential project risks and issues, collaborating with the team to devise effective solutions.Utilize Workfront for efficient project tracking, organization, and communication daily.Ensure accurate allocation of project revenue based on delivery schedules and maintain ongoing monitoring.Collect ads for clients, coordinate with ad operations for trafficking, and ensure accuracy in all ad placements.Monitor campaigns in collaboration with ad operations and digital marketing teams to ensure goals are met effectively.Work with the data team to provide timely metric reporting to clients.Manage the business’ email calendar(s), ensuring emails are scheduled appropriately, routed to the email team, and approved by clients for on-time delivery.Coordinate with faculty for recruitment of small-scale video and events programs, overseeing all logistical planning and execution.Act as a dedicated point of contact, both internally and externally, maintaining positive relationships and delivering exceptional service.Qualifications:Education:Bachelor’s degree requiredExperience:1+ years of project management or similar experience preferredSpecial Skills:Clear oral and written communication skills with fellow associates, clients, and faculty.Interpersonal skills with the ability to work across functional areas at many levels.Demonstrate effective strategic and critical thinking skills.Conflict resolution, negotiation, and consensus building skills.Positive attitude and the ability to professionally drive forward progress.Strict attention to detail, organization skills, adaptability, and customer service.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Adobe PDF, Zoom/Microsoft Teams.Physical requirements and work environment:Travel – up to 5% for event and video program management.Hybrid.MJH Life Sciences provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
