Senior Project ManagerResponsibilitiesManage projects; including:Interface with internal team members to manage expectations and establish timelines for deliverables at kickoff utilizing the project brief.Oversee trafficking of projects through content, editorial, production, live events, marketing, and circulation processes, communicating with team members as needed.Share project deliverables and relevant information to internal team members including updates on project status and changes in scope of projects.Manage internal and external program scheduling, KOL correspondence, honoraria requests, travel arrangements, and drafting internal reports. Complete quality reviews of project deliverables, ensuring adherence to project specifications and managed performance against expectations.Ensure project briefs are kept up to date and saved accordingly to the SharePoint site.Initiate problem-solving for any impediments the team encounters.Team leadership, guidance, and leading by example, including but not limited to professionalism, achieving project delivery goals, and communication.Organize daily/weekly business unit meeting agendas for assigned franchise: Pull all new projects that require kick off’s and ensure point of contact is prepared to address at the business unit meeting.Ensure that project tracking grids are up to date and prepared for review.Monitor and provide guidance on project revenue shifts.Update and maintain team documents on the Project Management SharePoint site.Perform other tasks required to ensure successful development and deployment of client deliverables.MJH Life Sciences provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
