Koch Capabilities Company is seeking a Delivery Lead to join our Data Management, Enablement and Transformation (D|MET) team. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about being a servant leader and helping our product teams to deliver effectively in a fast-paced environment through agile mindset.As Delivery Lead, you will play a critical role in fostering a collaborative and high-performing Agile environment for cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for guiding and coaching the team through the Scrum/Agile framework, promoting best practices with flexibility to meet the team where they are and act as a leader on the team to ensure a successful product delivery. Working closely with Product Owners and Development teams, you will champion Agile principles and facilitate efficient communication to maximize productivity and deliver value to our business. Success will be achieved by leveraging your agile experience, leadership, coaching skills, and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.Our Team

The DMET (Data Management, Enablement and Transformation) team is focused on developing a long-term sustainable capability utilizing data and technology to transform finance. This includes a diverse group with multiple teams focused on data platform technologies, specific data products, and transformation with an emphasis on data security. Our strategy will empower the finance and tax organizations to create superior value while consuming few resources, unlocking analytical capabilities, mitigating risk, and meeting ever-changing regulatory requirements.What You Will Do in Your Role:

Partner with Product Owners to align the teams with product vision, sprint goals, and priorities.Facilitate the scrum events to include the development and management of the product backlog, sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Anticipate and aggressively remove impediments that slow down or prevent work completion.Collect, report, and refine agile metrics to quantify and communicate team performance.Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices, helping the team to become self-organized and cross-functional.Ensure that teams are effectively executing against the highest value priorities.Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the team, fostering an environment where learning and adaptability are valued.Collaborate with other Delivery Leads to share knowledge and improve overall Agile processes within the organization.The Experience You Will Bring (Requirements)

A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Practitioner, guiding and coaching agile development teams to deliver high-quality products.Thorough understanding of Agile principles, values, and practices, and the ability to apply them effectively.Proven experience in recognizing blockers, impediments, issues, risks, and dependencies in all phases of an agile project and applying appropriate mitigation strategies.Experience in working with internal and external financial customers (accounting, tax, etc.) with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.A proactive and collaborative approach, with a focus on teamwork and achieving collective goals.What Will Put You Ahead

Scrum Master experience facilitating Data Teams.Scrum Master experience operating within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and facilitating a team through Program Increment (PI) Planning.Proven ability to handle multiple agile teams simultaneously.Helping product teams transition into agile.Experience leveraging agile tools (Microsoft Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
