This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly formed and innovative HR function based at the heart of the Trust, who are eager to strive to succeed. This role will play a vital role in process improvement and taking ownership of the onboarding process for all new starters and ensuring it is smooth and efficient.This role will be responsible for:Shaping and designing the onboarding and induction processes and ensuring that all candidates have a first-class candidate journeyManaging and coordinating responses to HR enquiriesLearning and Development and system trainingScreening and shortlisting CVsReporting and AnalysisPersonality factors:Meticulous attention to detailAble to prioritisePositive and flexible approach to work and a team playerCustomer focused and service orientatedResilientSkills required/already attained:Highly competent in MS OfficeSome knowledge and experience in HR administration would be an advantagePrevious experience in education and safeguarding ideal but not essentialAbout East Midlands Academy TrustEMAT is an exciting, innovative and growing organisation where we try to do things differently, aligned to our core values and purpose that every child deserves to be the best they can be.
