Department liaison for intercollegiate athletic department coaches for the organization and support for camps and clinics. Supervisor role of the athletic ticketing sales and box office operations.Essential FunctionsOversee the agreement and relationship with the external food concessionaire that covers all athletic events.Act as Department liaison for the University’s Event Services office.Attend weekly meetings and assist with the coordination of all University events that take place in the Athletics & Recreational Facilities.Reserve event spaces, identify needed supplies and other special equipment, coordinate staffing arrangements, and frequent progress reports for the facilities & operations team.Work directly with coaches for logistics of all camps and clinics that are University sponsored or through an LLC; maintain administrative responsibilities to operate a fully compliant event per university policies and procedures, including proper clearances, insurance and staffing.Oversee merchandise for sale at the Dragon Shop and athletic merchandise stands including maintaining inventory sheets and banks for each individual teams merchandise stand.Oversee inventory, purchase and online store day to day contact.Maintain an accurate spreadsheet of merchandise purchased to sell versus gross and net sales in each location.Facilitate all athletic competition and event ticket sales.Manage box office operations for all home ticketed events and oversee gameday ticket office staff.Maintain a high level of customer service to all season ticket holders and fans.Create and execute strategies to maximize sales to local community groups and youth organization.Provide website management of ticketing platform and serve as main point of contact to ticketing partner.Other duties as assigned by the Sr. Associate Athletic Director or Director of Athletics.Required QualificationsMinimum of a Bachelor's degree or Equivalent.Minimum of 1 year of experience with administrative management and/or athletic ticketing operations.Excellent communication skills, including writing, proofreading skills, and speaking.Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments from a variety of staff and volunteers.Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and by phone, with high professionalism.Strong organizational skills.Superior customer service, ethics, and high expectations for quality.Valid Driver's License.Ability to work evenings and weekends frequently.Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree or post-graduate education.Previous work experience in college athletics or related field.Physical DemandsAbility to lift up to 25lbs.LocationUniversity City, Philadelphia PAAdditional InformationThis position is classified as
