Job Responsibilities:
Lead the team, ensuring food is made accurately and delivered to customers in a timely manner.Oversee shifts and delegate tasks effectively.Exhibit exemplary knowledge of the job and provide excellent customer service.Address customer complaints politely to ensure satisfaction.Accept deliveries, verifying completeness and accuracy, and manage refunds if necessary.Communicate with managers/owners regarding inventory status and order fulfillment.Manage daily petty cash and restock the register as needed.Evaluate employee performance and communicate strengths and weaknesses to management.Organize break schedules, ensuring timely arrivals and appropriate break lengths for employees.Participate in management meetings.Propose ideas for efficiency improvements and new recipes to management.Assist in interviews, evaluations, and training of new employees.Memorize training material and explain health benefits of ingredients to customers.Maintain cleanliness in the front lobby and outside areas, checking regularly.Provide excellent customer service, including accurate wait times.Assist customers with orders, including phone orders.Possess thorough knowledge of food and recipes and adhere to proper preparation procedures.Ensure continuous cleaning of the kitchen and lobby.Organize deliveries and maintain cleanliness.Wash dishes and manage dish storage.Collaborate with staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.Deliver food to customers.Communicate schedule needs to managers promptly.Arrive on time and adhere to break schedules.Complete all opening and closing duties as required.Perform additional tasks as requested by management.Follow sanitation guidelines and safety procedures.Implement cost-cutting measures where possible.Work collaboratively as a team.Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers.Requirements:
Must become food certified.Ability to operate basic computer systems and POS; handle cash and credit card transactions.Adhere to health, sanitary, and safety requirements.Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift heavy boxes, and work with urgency.Maintain a clean and appropriate personal appearance.Exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with others.Demonstrate leadership abilities.Compensation:
