Job Responsibilities:

Lead the team, ensuring food is made accurately and delivered to customers in a timely manner.In charge of shifts and delegating tasks.Show exemplary knowledge of the job and excellent customer service.Address customer concerns politely, ensuring customer satisfaction.Accept deliveries, verifying completeness and correctness or issuing refunds as necessary.Communicate with managers/owners regarding inventory status and any low stock items.Check daily petty cash and visit the bank for change if needed.Restock the register nightly for correct change.Provide feedback on employee performance to managers/owners.Manage the break schedule, ensuring employees arrive on time and take appropriate breaks.Attend management meetings.Communicate new ideas to improve efficiency and safety.Assist with interviews, evaluations, and training.Memorize training material and explain health benefits of ingredients to customers.Maintain cleanliness in the front lobby and outside area, checking every 15 minutes.Provide excellent customer service, including accurate wait times.Assist and ring up guests, answer phone calls, and take orders over the phone.Have thorough knowledge of food and recipes, following them accurately.Prep food according to proper procedures.Continuously clean the kitchen and lobby.Organize deliveries and stock items appropriately.Wash dishes and organize them properly.Ensure orders are made correctly and in a timely manner by communicating with staff.Deliver food to customers.Inform managers about scheduling needs in a timely manner.Arrive on time and take appropriate breaks.Complete all opening and closing duties.Perform additional tasks as requested by the manager.Follow sanitation guidelines.Stock and rotate food items.Adhere to safety procedures.Practice cost-cutting measures.Work collaboratively as a team.Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers.Requirements:

Food certification is required; existing certification is a plus.Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems; handling cash and credit cards.Follow health, sanitary, and safety requirements.Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy boxes, and work with a sense of urgency.Maintain a clean and appropriate personal appearance.Positive attitude and willingness to work well with others.Demonstrated leadership abilities.Compensation:
