Job Responsibilities:

Lead the team, ensuring food is made accurately and delivered to customers in a timely manner.In charge of shifts and delegating tasks.Show exemplary knowledge of the job and provide excellent customer service.Deal with upset customers and problems with food politely, ensuring customer satisfaction.Accept deliveries and verify that they are complete and correct; issue refunds if necessary.Communicate with managers/owners about inventory status, including timely arrivals and completeness of orders, and report low stock items.Check daily petty cash and go to the bank for change if needed.Restock the register nightly with the correct change.Communicate with managers/owners about employee performance, including strengths, weaknesses, and customer service.Manage the break schedule to ensure employees arrive on time and take appropriate breaks.Attend management meetings.Share new ideas with managers/owners to improve efficiency and safety, including new recipe ideas.Assist with interviews, evaluations, and training.Memorize training material and explain health benefits of ingredients and food to customers in an informative manner.Maintain cleanliness in the front lobby and outside area, checking every 15 minutes.Provide excellent customer service, being positive, polite, and informative, while giving accurate wait times.Assist and ring up guests, answer phone calls, and take orders over the phone.Have thorough knowledge of food and recipes, following them to prepare food in a timely and sanitary manner.Prep food according to proper procedures.Continuously clean the kitchen and lobby thoroughly.Put away deliveries and keep everything organized.Wash dishes and put them away.Communicate with other staff to ensure all orders are made correctly and timely.Carry food to customers.Inform managers about schedule changes and days off needed in a timely manner.Arrive on time and take breaks for the appropriate length of time.Complete all opening and closing duties.Perform additional tasks as requested by your manager.Follow sanitation guidelines.Stock and rotate food.Adhere to safety procedures.Practice cost-cutting measures.Work collaboratively as a team.Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers.Requirements:

Become food certified.Must be able to handle basic computer tasks and a POS system; handling cash and credit cards.Follow health, sanitary, and safety requirements.Must be able to stand for long periods, occasionally lift heavy boxes, move quickly, and have a sense of urgency.Maintain a clean and work-appropriate personal appearance.Come to work with a positive attitude and work well with others.Demonstrate leadership abilities.Compensation:
