Responsibilities:Lead the team, ensuring food is made accurately and taken to customers in a timely manner.In charge of shifts and delegating tasks.Show exemplary knowledge of the job and provide excellent customer service.Address customer complaints politely, ensuring customer satisfaction.Accept deliveries, verifying their completeness and correctness, or issuing refunds as necessary.Communicate with managers/owners about inventory status, delivery timeliness, and stock levels.Check daily petty cash and go to the bank for change if needed.Restock the register nightly for accurate change.Provide feedback to managers/owners regarding employees' strengths, weaknesses, and performance.Manage the break schedule, ensuring employees arrive on time and take appropriate breaks.Attend management meetings.Propose new ideas for efficiency and safety improvements, as well as new recipe ideas.Assist with interviews, evaluations, and training.Memorize training material and explain the health benefits of ingredients and food to customers in an upbeat and informative manner.Maintain cleanliness in the front lobby and outside area, checking every 15 minutes.Provide excellent customer service, including being positive, polite, and informative, while giving accurate wait times.Assist and ring up guests, answer phone calls, and take orders over the phone.Possess thorough knowledge of food and recipes, being able to follow recipes and prepare food in a timely and sanitary manner.Prep food according to proper procedures.Continuously clean the kitchen and lobby.Put away deliveries and keep everything organized.Wash dishes and put them away.Communicate with staff to ensure all orders are made correctly and in a timely manner.Deliver food to customers.Inform managers about schedule changes and days off in a timely manner.Arrive on time and take appropriate breaks.Complete all opening and closing duties.Perform additional tasks as requested by the manager.Follow sanitation guidelines.Stock and rotate food.Adhere to safety procedures.Practice cost-cutting measures.Work collaboratively as a team.Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers.Requirements:Become food certified.Ability to handle basic computer tasks, POS systems, cash, and credit cards.Follow health, sanitary, and safety requirements.Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy boxes, and move quickly with a sense of urgency.Maintain a clean and appropriate personal appearance.Positive attitude and willingness to work well with others.Demonstrated leadership abilities.About Vitality Bowls:Vitality Bowls specializes in making delicious açaí bowls, a thick blend of the açaí berry topped with organic granola and a selection of superfood ingredients.
