Lead the team, ensuring food is made accurately and delivered to customers in a timely manner.In charge of shifts and delegating tasks.Show exemplary knowledge of the job and provide excellent customer service.Address customer complaints politely to ensure satisfaction.Accept deliveries, ensuring completeness and correctness, or issue refunds as needed.Communicate with managers/owners regarding inventory status and order accuracy.Check daily petty cash and go to the bank for change if needed.Restock the register nightly for the correct change.Provide feedback to managers/owners about employee performance.Manage the break schedule, ensuring employees arrive on time and take appropriate breaks.Attend management meetings.Share ideas with managers/owners for improving efficiency and safety.Assist with interviews, evaluations, and training.Memorize training material and explain health benefits of ingredients to customers.Maintain cleanliness in the front lobby and outside area, checking every 15 minutes.Deliver excellent customer service, providing accurate wait times and being informative.Assist and ring up guests, answer phone calls, and take orders over the phone.Have thorough knowledge of food and recipes, able to follow recipes accurately.Prep food according to proper procedures.Continuously clean the kitchen and lobby.Organize deliveries and keep the area tidy.Wash dishes and put them away.Communicate with staff to ensure orders are made correctly and timely.Deliver food to customers.Inform managers about schedule changes and days off needed.Arrive on time and take appropriate breaks.Complete all opening and closing duties.Perform additional tasks as requested by your manager.Follow sanitation guidelines.Stock and rotate food.Adhere to safety procedures.Practice cost-cutting measures.Work collaboratively as a team.Monitor food quality.Handle special circumstances effectively.Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers.Requirements:

Food certification required.Basic computer skills, POS system experience, and cash handling required.Follow health, sanitary, and safety requirements.Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy boxes, and move quickly.Maintain a clean and professional appearance.Positive attitude and willingness to work well with others.Demonstrated leadership abilities.
