Job Responsibilities:

Lead the team, ensuring food is prepared accurately and delivered to customers in a timely manner.Manage shifts and delegate tasks effectively.Exhibit exemplary knowledge of the job and provide excellent customer service.Address customer complaints or issues politely, ensuring customer satisfaction.Accept deliveries, verifying completeness and correctness, and issue refunds when necessary.Communicate with management regarding inventory status, delivery timeliness, and low stock items.Check daily petty cash and obtain change from the bank when needed.Restock the register nightly with the correct change.Provide feedback to management on employee performance, including strengths, weaknesses, and customer service skills.Manage employee break schedules, ensuring timely arrivals and appropriate break lengths.Attend management meetings.Propose new ideas to improve efficiency, safety, and recipes.Assist in interviews, evaluations, and training of new staff.Memorize training material and explain the health benefits of ingredients to customers positively.Maintain cleanliness in the front lobby and outside areas, checking every 15 minutes.Provide excellent customer service by being positive, polite, and informative, while giving accurate wait times.Assist and ring up guests, answer phone calls, and take orders over the phone.Have thorough knowledge of food and recipes, following procedures to prepare food timely and hygienically.Continuously clean the kitchen and lobby areas.Organize and put away deliveries.Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness.Coordinate with staff to ensure accurate and timely order preparation.Deliver food to customers.Inform management of schedule needs and days off promptly.Arrive on time and adhere to break schedules.Complete all opening and closing duties.Perform additional tasks as requested by management.Follow sanitation guidelines.Stock and rotate food items.Adhere to safety procedures.Implement cost-cutting measures.Collaborate effectively with team members.Requirements:

Obtain food certification.Proficient with basic computer skills and POS systems; capable of handling cash and credit transactions.Comply with health, sanitation, and safety standards.Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy boxes, and move quickly with a sense of urgency.Maintain a clean and professional personal appearance.Exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively.Demonstrate leadership abilities.Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hourVitality Bowls specializes in delicious açaí bowls, smoothies, juices, salads, and more, using no ingredient fillers or artificial preservatives for the purest taste.Vitality Bowls’ Standards and Expectations:
