Responsibilities:Lead the team, ensuring food is made accurately and delivered to customers in a timely manner.Manage shifts and delegate tasks effectively.Exhibit exemplary knowledge of the job and provide excellent customer service.Address customer complaints politely, ensuring customer satisfaction.Accept deliveries, verify completeness and correctness, and issue refunds when necessary.Communicate with managers/owners regarding inventory status, delivery timeliness, and low stock items.Check daily petty cash and obtain change from the bank as needed.Restock the register nightly with the correct change.Provide feedback on employees’ strengths, weaknesses, and dependability to managers/owners.Manage employee break schedules, ensuring timely arrivals and appropriate break lengths.Attend management meetings.Propose new ideas for improving efficiency and safety, including new recipe suggestions.Assist with interviews, evaluations, and training of staff.Memorize training material and explain health benefits of ingredients to customers in an upbeat manner.Maintain cleanliness of the front lobby and outside area, checking every 15 minutes.Deliver excellent customer service, providing accurate wait times and being positive and informative.Assist customers with orders and handle phone calls.Possess thorough knowledge of food and recipes, following them accurately and maintaining sanitation.Prep food according to proper procedures.Continuously clean the kitchen and lobby areas.Organize deliveries and keep everything in order.Wash dishes and store them properly.Coordinate with staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.Deliver food to customers.Notify managers about schedule changes and days off in a timely manner.Adhere to scheduled shifts and take appropriate breaks.Complete all opening and closing duties.Perform additional tasks as requested by management.Follow sanitation guidelines and safety procedures.Implement cost-cutting measures.Work collaboratively as part of a team.Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers.Requirements:Must become food certified.Ability to handle basic computer tasks and operate a POS system; manage cash and credit card transactions.Follow health, sanitary, and safety regulations.Must be able to stand for long periods, lift heavy boxes occasionally, and maintain a sense of urgency.Maintain a clean and professional appearance.Bring a positive attitude and willingness to work well with others.Demonstrated leadership abilities.Compensation:
