Senior Manager, Sales Enablement

The Senior Manager, Sales Enablement leads sales training, onboarding, and enablement at AffiniPay. You play a pivotal role in helping the team close more deals, faster, and do so through onboarding new reps, building and maintaining enablement training programs, conducting coaching and assessments, and supporting ongoing education initiatives. What You’ll Do:
Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner to Sales Leadership
Collaborate across go-to-market teams to understand the challenges we face, identify the most impactful opportunities, and craft a strategy and roadmap to respond to them
Accelerate the performance of our sales teams, ensuring that reps are equipped with content, resources, tools, and training to effectively differentiate and sell AffiniPay solutions
Manage, motivate, and develop a growing team of enablement specialists
Serve as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to identify, champion, drive, and own the development of high-impact training, processes, and content
Develop and curate content, including elevator pitches, email templates, call scripts, and more
Regularly gather and relay feedback, intel, and other insights based on rep performance and call recordings to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy
Own the delivery and design of virtual, in-person, and self-paced onboarding and continuous education sessions tailored to individual sales roles across multi-product domains
Own the delivery and design of certification programs in order to maintain a high standard in pipeline management, messaging, qualification, and value-selling
Develop competent assessment strategies and 1:1 training and coaching programs that scale, ensuring that all sales reps are proficient in product knowledge, value propositions, messaging, competitive landscapes, and sales processes in line with their respective roles
Create and maintain a repository of sales enablement materials, such as sales decks, policies, case studies, playbooks, product videos, and other collateral and documentation
Measure and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement investments and its programs against internal and external benchmarks
Own and serve as a subject matter expert on sales skills, methodologies, tools, and technologies
Help develop and coordinate sales kick-offs, business reviews, and other revenue-related activities and events
About You:
8+ years in sales or sales enablement, or a related field
3+ years of experience in building and managing a human and high-performing team
Proven track record of scoping, building, and executing successful enablement programs, content, and integrated sales communications
Demonstrated operational rigor and project management experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Expertise in sales skills and methodologies; experience in Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and related tools.
Experience in learning management systems and tools, such as Showpad
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver clear, engaging, accurate, and concise presentations and training programs
Passion for unlocking individuals’ potential through training and enablement
Ability to be equally energized by your own work and contributing to the career growth of your team
Enthusiasm to learn a new, complex domain and the humility to ask for help when needed
Preferred Experience:
Experience delivering sales training and coaching
Experience attaining or exceeding quotas in high-velocity, B2B SaaS sales
Experience with other tools, including Intercom, ZoomInfo, Klue, and more
Additional Information:
The compensation for this position is between $125,000 - $150,000 USD annually. The salary range for performing this role outside of the US / Austin / California may differ. AffiniPay is committed to offering competitive, fair and commensurate compensation and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and education.
