Developing, establishing, and maintaining marketing strategies to achieve the objectives of the organization. Effectively manage the marketing activities including brand image, promotions, advertisements, client communications, sales support, digital media support and public relations of the company.KEY PRINCIPLES FOR AN SRS:CreativeProject ManagementHardworkingKnowledge in Adobe InDesign or Willingness to learn the programResourcefulDetail-orientedEager to learnESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Entering prospects and maintaining accurate information in Core when Producer Resource Manager is not available.Ensure clients are set up to receive email marketing and newsletters from HUB.Create prospect/client benefit summaries and/or guides.Increase the quality of the guides/design using InDesign.Create & maintain communication pieces for prospects and clients.Develop and create updated marketing sell sheets used by SRM’s.Assist EB Producers on the creation of Placemats with new and creative content.Create different marketing pieces for internal use to help support your team.Administrative tasks for Producer supportAdministrative tasks for consultantsFrequently assist in developing and printing booklets, postcards, or any other marketing material the team may need.Assist in business development activities including working with Producers, making initial contact, and sending preliminary information to clients, gathering information for potential new clients. This could include participating in sales calls with Producers.Maintain & order promotional stock for social media and in-person events, team gifts, referral gifts, etc.Planning and overseeing new marketing initiativesHelp nurture existing opportunities and relationships for the Producers.Assist in receiving the AOR, new business forms and notifying the team.Assist in development/creation of Request for Proposals for current clients and prospects.Assist with drip marketing campaigns, writing content, and adhering to brand standards on design.Create complimentary advertisements to tie into drip marketing campaigns.Assist producers with strategy and targeting segmented groups, mailers, prepare and manage lists.Coordinate and assist in the development of training seminars to help attract prospects and retain clients.Coordinate and participate in local tradeshows and assist in pre-show and post-show follow up.Assist in the set up and tear down of all tradeshows.Understanding and application of branding guidelines.Spearhead creative themes for booths to attract prospects and clients.REQUIREMENTS:An earned bachelor’s degree (or its equivalent)3 years of work experience in a related marketing role, including sales support, graphic design principles, advertising, proposal writing, and customer relations. Specialized college coursework or seminars/workshops can count towards this experience requirement.Experience in Adobe InDesign or Adobe IllustratorIndustry experience a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to assess situations and problem solve with sound decision-making skills. Persistent to achieve the end result—completion of the project or training goals.Strong organizational skills, including daily prioritizing and logical thinking.Service-oriented; kind, compassionate, and willing to work hard on another person’s behalf.Strong written/oral communication skills especially verbally and over the phone. Clarity and accuracy are key.Strong group presentation and facilitation skills.Excellent phone skills, being responsive, empathetic, and honest with the information to be shared.Strong working knowledge of computers (InDesign, MS Word, MS Outlook preferred; Internet, MS Excel, graphics programs, and able to learn new systems and programs, such as Benefit Point).Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and successfully.Department Account Management & ServiceRequired Experience:
