Job Description - Project Manager II (226 Days) (RTP20240927-015)DescriptionDevelop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy to achieve Departmental awareness to all internal and external stakeholders as to the programs and services provided across all Programs of Study and Pathways.Work closely with campus leadership and departmental peers to facilitate the incorporation of work-based learning and career connected learning into the classroom.Design and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media and website deployment to inform campus leadership, parents and students of the many CTE career options available within the District.Ensure that all instructional and informational material is available in a variety of formats to achieve maximum use and incorporation into the student learning experiences.Organize and manage industry advisory boards to ensure that we maximize the industry partner relationships for leveraging career connected learning experiences with students in the classroom and in outside settings.Maintain and distribute labor market data that will be used by counselors and the CTE teachers to advise students on the necessary courses, degrees and industry-based certifications required for gainful employment.Collaborate with various industry partners and Workforce Coordinators for the creation of student led competitions in the areas of STEM, Information Technology, Business Marketing and Finance, as well as other areas as needed.Facilitate the design and management of SalesForce to capture all industry partner engagements across all CTE programs.Mentor junior level departmental resources to aid in the overall Departments exposure to all internal and external stakeholders for the awareness of the Career Programs within the District and the necessary professional skills development requirements.Perform all other duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor's Degree from an accredited university required.3-5 years of direct Marketing and Communication required.2+ years of indirect Employee Management, SalesForce.Awareness of existing Dallas ISD mediums of communication and content outlets for the exposure of the Departments work.2+ years of experience with analyzing labor market data.Knowledge and experience with project management frameworks and best practices.Ability to strategize and execute to achieve outcomes within the time constraints provided.Demonstrate ability to engage external parties and build relationships.Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, discernment, presentation, and communication skills.Ability to work autonomously and take direction as needed.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in communication strategies and data analysis.
