Critical responsibilities of this position are to provide technical support in the form of problem analysis, correction of application bugs, implementation of system enhancements, development of system modifications as well as interfaces and reports. This employee assists with life cycle management responsibilities such as applying application updates and working on product upgrades. The incumbent is responsible for working on support tickets and technical projects. This position would work closely with end-users and Support staff to resolve problems, help with user issues, and provide technical solutions. The employee will function as a subject matter expert for one or more functional modules within our PS

implementation and provide end user support, assistance and troubleshooting when needed. This position is eligible for remote work in accordance with CM-73 – Remote Work Policy – (This allows up to 3 days remote work after 6 months of employment at the department’s discretion).
