What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Oversee project implementation and execution through completion of constructionDevelop and manage project budgets, including hard and soft costsEstablish and maintain project goals and success criteria that meet both the employer and client needsManage project scheduling and decisions based on owners’ objectivesProvide regular executive-level reporting on project status
What is Required (Qualifications):BA/BS degree, preferably in Real Estate Development, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Science, and/or Finance3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar roleExperience in construction project management, including architecture, general contracting, and schedulingStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):Certifications such as LEED, AIA, PE, or PMPExperience in corporate real estate and project managementStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with executive-level clientsAbility to assume complete responsibility for assignments of moderate complexityKnowledge of the construction, architecture, or commercial real estate industry
