HR Leave Specialist
to join our team! The HR Leave Specialist will be responsible for assisting in the administration of the day-to-day operations of the HR department and handles day-to-day administration of the leave of absence process.Responsibilities:Assist employees with personal and protected leave of absence requestsProcess status changes as it pertains to LOA’sWork with external leave vendor to facilitate protected FMLA leaves for employeesEnsure adherence to SBM leave policy and complianceAssist HR field with LOA processing, guidance, and trainingMaintain employee HR files and other record keepingProvide monthly departmental reportsMaintain confidentiality and discretion in use of information related to employees, managers, and departmental operations without exceptionAccurately perform data entry of new hires, terminations, and other associated personnel actionsReview and verify change requests and documents to determine accuracy and completeness of information, utilize discretion and escalate issues as needed to correct or complete data.Provide back up support to the Shared Services Lead CoordinatorAssist with projects, as neededQualifications:Bilingual is a plus.May be required to have a valid driver’s license.Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Compensation: $23.00 - $25.00 per hourShift: Full TimeSBM Management Services, LP and its affiliates are proud to be equal opportunity workplaces.
