Lead and manage the dining services team to deliver exceptional customer serviceDevelop and implement training programs for staff on food handling, safety, and service standardsOversee menu planning, food preparation, and presentationEnsure compliance with health and safety regulationsManage inventory, ordering, and budgeting for the dining services departmentCollaborate with culinary staff to create innovative and appealing menusCoordinate catering and banquet servicesMaintain a clean and organized dining environmentExperience
Proven experience in restaurant management or food service managementStrong background in culinary arts with knowledge of food safety standardsExcellent leadership and team management skillsAbility to develop and implement training programs for staff developmentExperience in banquet operations is a plusJob Type:
