Restaurant Manager

for our fine dining restaurant, 1891. The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced environments and is committed to excellence. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the dining experience for our members, driving the success of our Food & Beverage outlets. Supervise, coach, and motivate our Food & Beverage service staff to ensure top-tier service in all our outlets.Member Satisfaction:

Champion the MAC’s commitment to member satisfaction by maintaining high hospitality and service standards.Operational Excellence:

Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize operations for all service aspects, including labor, inventory, and reservations.Innovate & Execute:

Develop creative strategies to enhance staff skills and member experiences through training programs, special events, and promotions.Performance Management:

Conduct regular performance appraisals, provide feedback, and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.Stay Current:

Keep up with industry trends, update policies, and implement new service standards to maintain MAC’s competitive edge.What You'll Bring:Experience:

5-10 years of Food & Beverage management experience, with a strong understanding of both front and back-of-house operations. Fine dining experience is a plus.Leadership:

A hands-on management style with proven supervisory skills to lead diverse teams in high-pressure environments.Technical Skills:

Proficiency with NorthStar Point of Sale systems and a working knowledge of computer applications, including Windows, Word, and Excel.Education:

A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.Certification:

Must hold current food handler and OLCC permits.Customer Service:
