We're on a mission to bring our community together to have fun and connect more in real life. To support this mission, we'll combine an extensive game library, clubs, events and simple (but delicious!) comfort foods. TPL Restaurant ManagerAt its heart, this position is about building and coordinating a strong team, maintaining operations that set our business up to thrive, and ensuring that both guests and employees have an amazing experience. You'll play a pivotal role in helping to drive our business success on a day-to-day basis, while also having the opportunity to contribute to our ongoing vision for what The Paladins League can be.

Compensation + Benefits-
Annual salary between $65,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience- Bonus potential in line with business benchmarks- Health benefits- Paid time off- Free shift meals
General Responsibilities
Stewardship of the TPL brand and culture.
Serve as a role model to our team and work to create an environment that people want to be a part of and come back to. Help shape our menu and guest experience into something special. Maintain high standards across everything we do.
Operational leadership.
Establish and implement processes that deliver a great experience for both guests and staff- and that support a healthy business. Take the lead on ensuring success in daily restaurant operations (i.e. staffing, scheduling, inventory tracking, hospitality, cleanliness and safety).
Team management.
Hire, train and coach restaurant staff. Reinforce a strong sense of collaboration, cooperation and support among team members. Oversee scheduling to ensure seamless operations.
Day-to-day operations.
Perform opening and closing duties as needed and serve in FOH functions as planned/required during shifts.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role
Aligned to our values and authentically passionate about the mission and vision
Must display high integrity and accountability, and be able to be trusted with sensitive and confidential information
Professional and calm under pressure
Excellent verbal + written communication skills
Proficient in Toast POS system
Valid food handlers and OLCC permit required
Must consent to a background check
Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds and feel comfortable in a chaotic and loud environment
Flexible availability, especially on nights and weekends
